Yesterday, my AC was not blowing cold air. I contacted Nichols last night at 7:30. Phil scheduled us for today (Sunday) at 7-9. At 7 am Paul showed up right on time, replaced the capacitor that was still under warranty. Nichols is the only company I use for over 30 years for residential and commercial. Professional, courteous and on time. I give them the highest recommendation. 5 star rating for a top notch HVAC company.
We had issues with one of our AC units, and Paul at Nichols came out and fixed it the same day. They were very prompt and professional and very helpful.
Dawson arrived on time and is very knowledgable. He checked out our year old HVAC system that Nichols installed last year and everything is still perfect. We've used Nichols for several years and always receive professional service.
