Replaced ice maker valve & frozen washing machine hose. Reasonable prices. Appreciated estimates provided for this work & future projects… liked the fact Oscar recommended some projects but indicated which ones weren’t needed or not worth the cost. My Plumber now my go to company.
I needed to have toilets replaced--this was not an emergency. They came out and gave a quote right away. When I was ready to do the job, they were available right away (within 2 days, which was perfect for my timing.) They arrived on time (called ahead of time to let me know when they would be arriving.) They finished the work quickly and cleaned up the work areas. The price was very fair and comparable to the other 4 quotes I got. I asked some questions and they answered all of them completely so I could understand the information. I liked their friendliness, professionalism, and attitude.
My Plumber replumbed our entire place. The price was better than the other estimates I had from 2 other companies. Our place was an extra challenge & this didn't phase John, he was professional and kept working until the job was done. The job was completed ahead of schedule. While hooking the new lines to the kitchen fauct, the connection was old and corroded. My son agreed to put a new one in for me that weekend, as we didn't want to incur any extra expenses. However, Joe (My Plumber owner) called me to make arrangements to inspect the work. I mentioned everything looked good to us and that we planned to deal with the faucet over the weekend.
