I have been with Dr. Petrak for a year in which I have had my illness exacerbate with much scaring on my face and body.. He through various phone diagnosis has treated me as if it must be in my head, I must be picking at things, I must be a drug addict and finally luckily I decided to get another opinion and found out I have had lupus. So thank you so much for all your time. Doctor Petrak, the gastric issues, the skin issues, fingertips and everything else you were unable to diagnose in any way. Your bedside manner sucks. You're rushing people faster than it takes to diagnose a car, and personally your quick rapid jumps for diagnosis lack skill and professionalism. I...read full review

Ask for a copy of the notes for your appointment. You will find inaccuracies. I had an appointment with Rachel Heath, where she said I had been offered a ct pelvic exam, when she never ever offered it, and that I had refused it! This never happened .This caused a delay in my care and can make it seem like a patient is refusing treatment.I called the clinic and was in touch with the director Mr Ricardo Gasatlon and surely he said he would look into it by then communication just stopped. I’ve called and left multiple voicemails and nothing . There’s a reason this location has such a low rating.

MHC Healthcare is NOT the place to bring your loved ones or to be an employee of! I worked for MHC for over 10 years and have seen horrifying behavior including letting voicemails pile up to over 150, letting incoming faxes pile up for over a week and medical assistants ignore walk in patients so they will hopefully go away. This is just some of the unacceptable behaviors I saw and experienced.As an employee, the HR dept and practice managers are so lacking, and turn a blind eye to ongoing issues. Take your family elsewhere, everyone deserves better care than MHC can provide.
