I needed to update my last name and they didn’t seem to be annoyed to do it. They are friendly and fast. My phlebotomist was really friendly and fast. I hate having blood drawn and he is always really good with the small talk to help lower the nerves. Not to much but not to quiet as well.
I moved so I have to travel a little longer but it’s worth the extra 10 min drive for me to go to this clinic
Rihanna was GREAT help, being someone with no health insurance & new to the adult world, from having a breakdown to feeling better. Rihanna gave me so many resources and helped me so much in my situation. I appreciate her so much and I feel like she is definitely an asset to el rio and I hope the company pays her way more than what’s she’s getting cause honestly she made my whole year. - Esmeralda R.
Dr. Hemzawi is a wonderful pediatrician. He is kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Zimmerman was also wonderful when we saw her for a same-day sick visit.
I have had a few issues with El Rio that did not pertain to the clinicians there. When I made appointments over the phone, the agents over the phone assume I have a certain type of insurance even though my insurance company told me differently. The staff at the front desk often lack information on visit schedules. During my last visit, the Medical Assistant made some measurement errors.
The northwest clinic is also very bare bones. No books, toys, or coloring books in the waiting area. It seems like they could spruce...read full review
