Nice big salon , reasonable prices, nails looked great . We didn’t have any problems redeeming a gift certificate, even though we didn’t have a receipt for it . The only reason we would return is because of Danny , who did my manicure. Danny was very friendly, professional and meticulous with his work . He is also a very caring person, from what I could tell from the conversation we had . The other workers did not smile or seem friendly , and didn’t seem like they wanted to work on us , but that was fine , because Danny did a great job! I use to love this salon. The past few months when I come here, the employees aren’t friendly. Feels like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. I got the sloppiest pedicure by one of the older women that works there. The polish was stuck to my skin. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed. When getting a mani they try and get away without giving a massage. That’s literally my favorite part. 😭 On top of all the sloppiness, they will try and put a surcharge if you pay with a debit card(which is illegal)!
The atmosphere is fantastic, the customer service is top-notch, and your nails and skin always feel so soft afterward. Ask for Tammy!
