Hamstra installed a replacement heat pump a few months ago. The installation went perfect. This week I noticed it wasn’t cooling as well as normal. I called Hamstra. They were at the house in three hours. They diagnosed a problem with the blower motor. Houston, the technician, was able to come up with a temporary solution for the night. He was back the first thing the next day and installed a new motor. Excellent service!!! Completely positive experience!
Joe a crew finished their work in a short amount of time. Joe and Alonzo and the third gentleman I don’t remember his name, did an excellent job. This is the second time we have used Hamstra.
I’ve worked with several HVAC companies over the years, and Hamstra Heating and Cooling has been the best experience by far. Richard, the technician who came out to service our home, was exceptional. He was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough—not just in his work, but also in taking the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. I had a lot of questions (some of them probably beyond the scope of his visit), but Richard never seemed rushed or bothered. He answered everything with patience and professionalism, which gave me a lot of confidence in both the service and the company. It’s rare to find a technician who’s this personable and informed. Hamstra clearly hires quality people and runs a top-notch operation. Highly recommend.
