I can't say enough about this hidden getaway. Great food! Cutest southwestern rooms, amazing spa treatment (wonderful facial), beautiful views everywhere you look! But the staff, they were all just incredible! Every single one with smiles on their faces and so helpful and accommodating. I have severe respiratory problems and they valet'd me everywhere I wanted to go on the property. They checked on me and were so kind! Have to give a shout-out to my guys Jerry and Keith in valet!! Thank you so much! Staycation spa weekends are my thing and I've been to many! This is my new #1!!!
We have been going to the restaurants at the Hacienda del Sol since we moved to Tucson in 1997. The food has always been very good. The service last night at the Terraza Restaurant was extraordinary with help from the wait staff and the GM Mr. Grayson. He was so accommodating of our friends at dinner with some hearing issues. It was above and beyond service! Thank you from Lois and Rick
This place is a hidden gem. I would give it 100 stars if I could. It is so beautiful here. Everyone is helpful and friendly. My reading glasses broke and the woman in the gift shop lent me hers during my stay. I have been to many resorts and this one blows them all away. I can’t wait to come back.
