We bought a new AC in November 2022. We felt that it was too humid in our house during August 2023. Rob came out a day or two after we called. Diagnosed the problem efficiently, explained the settings he adjusted and left with our house cooler and much less humid. Thank you Rob!

Our heat pump stopped putting out cool air in the middle of the night. We called at 8 AM when they opened. A technician was on site by 9:15 AM and had the part needed to promptly repair the unit. Thank you so much Michael Beard!! Michael immediately diagnosed the problem, was able to replace the part,and checked to be sure the unit was functioning properly before he left.Service: HVAC system repair
