The location is convenient, being less than 1.5 miles from medical facilities and only 3 miles from local shopping and dining. The community is very well maintained and offers a plethora of organized activities. Amenities include nice billiard facilities, well maintained shuffleboard courts, a huge community swimming pool with a lift, a whirlpool-spa-hot tub, a large game room, and a spacious clubhouse. There is also a small area with workout equipment. RV and trailer sites are available, with residents noting the spaces are reasonable and spacious, allowing for sheds and ample parking. The community is pet friendly. Residents report that management is top notch, very helpful, and listens. The maintenance is handled by a hard-working individual who keeps the property in excellent condition. The atmosphere is family oriented and welcoming, making everyone feel at home. Lot rent is paid annually, with monthly bills for utilities that are considered amazingly inexpensive. Trash and recycling pickup is provided. Overall, residents express great happiness and a sense of blessing living at Fairview Manor.
