Evert one from the receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner was very caring and professional during my visit. I was feeling very ill and they ran many tests to determine what was wrong with me. I can't speak highly enough of the care I received by the Assistant and the Nurse Practitioner.
Seamless experience from setting up my appointment online to visiting Urgent Care. I was treated with care and respect by everyone. Very glad I visited the center as I was sicker than I realized. It was good to get tested for flu and COVID and I got a complete explanation of what I was dealing with, what to expect and home treatment
The receptionist was wonderful. She was friendly and helpful. The “nurse “ was extremely rude. She acted as if I was wasting her time. She was condescending. I was sent there by the VA for low BP. She told me it was normal and asked about what medication I was taking. When I started to answer she interrupted and told me that she just wanted to know what medication I was taking, and she didn’t want any other information. She left the room without telling me what was next, just walked out.
