Not worth it, hopefully there is something better. They control what happens to a patient and not the patient. The doctors rarely listen or stay up on modern medicine. Don't ask any questions about anything post-COVID, because they will be stuck in the old days while other doctors catch up. The staff is stuffed with pretentious, overbearing, self-absorbed soulless shells that maybe...maybe...were once people.
0 STARS! ACP requires you to sign a waiver for preventative tests that are supposed to be covered by your insurance. In my case, a mammogram. They sneak tests in that are not covered and will try charging for the unnecessary tests! In my case a 3D mammogram. Insurance has denied the claim for both mammograms for 6 months! I have appealed 2 times and the claim is still denied. Now, even though insurance tells me that the mammogram is covered, but has been denied for billing reasons, ACP says because I signed a waiver, I owe the bill. Billing refuses to work with the insurance company or resubmit the claim....
If I could give this group less than a zero, I would. Complete lack of responsibility, total incompetence. Faxes take weeks if they even go through then. Phone call after phone call, message after message, then being lied to by staff members that faxes were sent, when they were not. Told 3 days ago faxes were sent. Told today, they were sent yesterday. The PCP's are worthless unless a patient just has a minor flu or cold. If anything more than that, please seek a PCP from a different medical group. Lack of communication, lack of responsibility, lack of educated MD's. You'll find your money spent over the years, will be wasted on MD's pushing anxiety and depression diagnoses,...read full review
