I had a very horrible review here, however the experience that my wife went through was with a doctor and staff that has moved locations. It would be unfair to hold the people still here to that review.
The biggest complaint I have about this location is that if there is any follow up response from a referral or prescription, the office never seems to get it. I find myself having to play the middle man anytime there is an issue. If the first referral or prescription works, then there is no issue.
I do like my doctor very much.
The staff are wonderful. They return calls same day and usually can help out with getting referral follow ups, meds and procedures ordered. I can’t say enough about how great Dr Mosab is. He listens well, answer questions patiently, puts medical terms in user friendly descriptions. Great practice, one of the best I’ve gone to in Tucson!
I was able to come in the same day to see Dr Sanjeev after being ill. The receptionist returned my call in 15 mins and I was able to come in 2 hrs later. Was seen within 5 mins. Thanks.
