Excellent optometrists at this office. Very convenient to me, about Broadway and Columbus. I chose them when the optometrist I’d used before wasn’t booking any appointments before the end of 2027 (he’s only in office twice a week) and I desperately needed new glasses. Very impressed with thoroughness of exam and explanation of findings and things to keep an eye on (no pun intended). The associated optician has a wide variety of frames, many of which are extremely cool. The frame prices seem to be in the high side, especially for the cool frames, but I didn’t inspect them all and my vision insurance covered all the optometry and most of the frames and lenses. I am incredibly satisfied with my experience, as the entire staff was so kind throughout my appointment. Alexa at the front desk was warm, knowledgeable, and patient especially with insurance assistance and made the scheduling process quick and efficient. Dr.Romero was very personable, patient and informative, and making the process comfortable. Afterward, Jessica was very kind and helpful with frame selection, helping me find options that fit both my preferences and budget. Overall, so glad I choose Arizona Primary
