While Nationwide wasn't able to meet my frame needs that isn't a reflection of the quality of their services or their staff. I want to specifically call out Lexy, Marina, and Janelle for helping me out. After being sent to three separate locations by different companies they were able to resolve the issue and help me get an appointment with them. 10/10 experience.
I loved it, when I walked in the door and somebody would be there begging to greet me and ask me what I needed. I didn't take long to see the the doctor and then they said it would be 2 weeks for my glasses to come in, but it wasn't even a week and a 1/2. I came in in my class got my glasses. It was so nice to see it again.Thank you
I had such a great experience at Nationwide Vision and I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. The entire team was kind, professional, and made the whole process really smooth.
Marina and Lexy were both incredibly helpful and welcoming. They took their time explaining everything to me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Their customer service was honestly amazing and you can tell they genuinely care about the patients.
