The staff at Alvernon Optical on 5th St. were super nice, great customer service.. Dr.Cinalli was kind and very informative about the options I had in contacts. It was great to have choices. I really liked the reminder calls for appointments. I also purchased a pair of glasses they have a good selection. I will be back and refer my friends and clients.
Thank you again.❤
Dr. Paul Cinalli is a thoughtful professional. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions. Then he answers those questions and consults on any concerns. Wonderful experience!
Great staff and Dr Cinalli is the best. Arianna was so helpful with helping me find just the right frame. Also the lady at the front desk that checks you in and does the test with you, she’s been with Alvernon Optical for years, she is also great! Very thorough and patient. I have been coming to this location for years.
