Alaskan Air is reliable and trustworthy. We had them out today and they were prompt, professional and honest. Did maintenance on our unit, super nice, informative and knowledgeable, did not try to up-sell anything that was not needed. We definitely will be calling them first ask asking for Zach Romig.

Ziggy was very pleasant and did a fine job for us. Explained what he was doing as he went along and when he was done asked if there was anything he could have done better or differently. When he came in the house he was great with our dog, a 115 pounder who sat and shook hands with Ziggy.

Our tech, Rocky, was professional and friendly. He fixed the problem and now our heat works! Pricing was good, trip charge applied to the repair, and excellent customer service throughout (phone, email, texts).
