One time I didn’t have the money and he let me take the parts and told me to pay him back when I get the money. Seriously, who else would do that ? Nobody. Update: I’m on social security and I can’t always afford to pay for the parts that I need. So again a second time, Alex let me slide on the payment until I get my check. So I hope you give him your business because he’s a good man.
Had need for several evaporative cooler parts. Made the run to Tucson. They had everything we needed. There is a full store of parts for various coolers and more. Alex is amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through what we needed. Good to see how he dealt with other customers. We will not go anywhere else as long as they are there. Well worth the trip. Fair prices. Great customer service!

Generally, prices are approximately the same, and sometimes better than big box stores depending on the item. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The only knock is their hours are a bit tight and, on the wknd, can be unpredictable.
