Wow! I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Advanced Hearing & Air! My family and I are at a rental property and the AC went out last night. I was so worried that with it being summer and a busy time of year specifically for AC repairs, that we would be out of cool air for a couple days. I was surprised when I received a phone call from Angela this morning letting me know that she would have a technician out to me later this afternoon. She told me that Dennis, the owner of the company, would be out to look at the unit and diagnose what was wrong with it. She assured me if it wasn’t fixed today that it would be tomorrow. Dennis came to the house looked at the unit and said he neeed to get a part for the unit and as long as that was the only thing that went out, I would have cold air again. He returned with the part and I’m enjoying the cool air in the house again, two hours later! It was such a pleasure to work with Dennis and Angela. I have so much appreciation for Dennis who made my family a priority and worked hard in the heat of the day, at 102 degrees, to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Angela and Dennis!
