We had a very difficult plumbing issue that another company misdiagnosed. We were taking bids to re-pipe our house which was going to be very expensive, but Shane was confident they would be able to resolve our issue without repiping. He was the only company to dispute our need to repipe and he was correct. Ty was able to clear our pipes and ultimately saved us a ton of money.
