“We called Add Air on Sunday. ( They were open). The owner, Bill answered the phone. We told him what our issue was and he said he could have some out in an hour. 30 minutes later a technician (James) was at our door. He looked over our old equipment and within minutes showed me where the problem was and explained my options, then gave me a written quote. I had already asked other contractors for quotes, my AC had been down for 4 days at this time. I was still waiting for quotes from the other contractors by the next day, Monday, and decided to go with ADD Air because I still had nothing from the other contractors. At 12:45 pm I called ADD Air to let them know I was going with them, ASAP. This was July 28th, busy time of year here for AVAC repairman, but before 1:00 pm James was at the house ready to start work on a new unit install. By 3:00 pm they were finished.
The two workers, Bill & James were not only very professional and knowledgeable but gave us the best customer service experience we could possibly have asked for. All questions and concerns were politely addressed and the work/cleanup is very high quality.
I would recommend this company for anyone, they definitely know how to work with you and your budget, in fact their price was half of what we were quoted previously. Adele in finance was also very amazing. We were told she would call us us 5 minutes. It was only about 2 minutes. She helped me through the application process ( not easy as I’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to technology). She was extremely helpful and got us approved for finance in about 15 minutes later. About 10 or fifteen minutes James showed up with the owner, Bill. If I could give more stars I would. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.“
