Amazing service. My AC went out during the night. I called ADD in the morning and talked to Bill and his service tech Klaytin showed up 30 mins later. Great work and imformative on what was needed to get my AC running again.Klayton replaced my AC capacitor, contactor and added a hard start within the hour. I run the needles marina resort and use add air inc for all my cooling and heating needs not only are they punctual, honest, and reasonably priced but work quality is important to me and its there. Im not by any means an hvac technician but Ive been in the building and maintenance scene for a long time and Ive seen good jobs and Ive seen sloppy jobs and Im thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the job and the functionality of the units Ive purchased. On top of that they tell it the way it is and I think thats important if they tell me if I dont take care of a then b will happen theyre dead on. We called Add Air on Sunday. ( They were open). The owner, Bill answered the phone. We told him what our issue was and he said he could have some out in an hour. 30 minutes later a technician (James) was at our door. He looked over our old equipment and within minutes showed me where the problem was and explained my options, then gave me a written quote. I had already asked other contractors for quotes, my AC had been down for 4 days at this time. I was still waiting for quotes from the other contractors by the next day, Monday, and decided to go with ADD Air because I still had nothing from the other contractors.
