“I came across this shop a few months ago and absolutely LOVED the spooky Frankenstein vibes!!! The owner, Jason, was there and was really easy to talk to. Probably one of the nicest tattoo artists I've ever met. I contacted him afterwards and set up an appointment for a Fall/Halloween tattoo. We communicated via text and he was always very quick to respond. He drew out the sketch a few days before the appointment and made edits for me a few times. Appointment day came and I was able to bring a friend with me! Three hours later, I had an awesome tattoo. Aftercare was easy since they used the saniderm bandage. This clear, waterproof adhesive bandage stays on for 6 days, speeds up the healing and minimizes the risk of infection. I can't wait to come back for more tattoos! This place is great, highly recommend checking out the artists at this place if you're thinking about getting a tattoo.“

Eyebrow piercing was $30 including jewelry, and we opted for both eyebrows to be done so $60 plus tip. We got there right when they opened at 4 pm and were the first customers. “I've known Jonny for several years, as a member of the artist community at Iron Key Studio myself. I've always been impressed by her skill with the needle and her ability to create such intricate details perfectly on someone's skin. I've also witnessed her care for others in the studio, and I know first hand she's a person of solid integrity. When I mentioned my desire to get a F* cancer tattoo to honor my own journey, she immediately expressed a desire to be my artist, I welcomed the opportunity with open arms- literally! I sent her my inspo designs and waited impatiently for my day to arrive. At the studio (which, by the way, is in a very cool historic building in Old Town Peoria) she revealed her interpretation of my design, which totally blew my mind. The tattoo experience itself was as comfortable as one could expect. She's very deliberate and controlled- even gentle. The room is well lit and open with lots of personal touches, and decorated with hundreds of her favorite past tattoo flash on the wall. At the end of the session she showed the same care dressing my arm as she did throughout the whole process. You can tell she's a master of her craft from conception to execution and beyond. The level of detail in my tat (with lots of shading, not even her signature style) is insane! I can't express my appreciation enough. If you're on the fence about whether to book her, just do it. You won't ever regret it.“

“Having Trish do my powder brows was the best decision I could've ever made. I have wanted to do my brows for years now, but I was always afraid because when I went in for a consultation, they would stamp me with a black brow template that looked harsh , thick and scary. And I noticed that all the brows on some of these websites were the same . Trish, on the other hand, took the time to carefully measure and map out my brows. I was able to get an idea of what the finished product would look like. She was very patient with me, calmed my fears, and took the time to thoroughly address my questions and explain the process to me. If I had known how painless this was going to be and how pleased I would be with the results, I would have done this a long time ago. But Trish's work and artistic skill have a lot to do with why I like my brows so much . She really takes the time to personalize everyone's brows so I was comfortable with my decision to get powder brows. She is also a very nice and kind person, and her prices were reasonable. I am only on day five, my brows are not completely healed, but I feel pretty and comfortable going out in public . They look soft and natural, and I know they will look even better with time . “I cannot say enough good things about this tattoo shop, (or the artistry of Marcos, who is the owner and artist at this shop).

I requested ambigram style tattoo that says "Serenety". Marcos made me feel very comfortable during the process. He verfied the tatoo size and placement, checking in with me during the session, snd even making me laugh a little, while he was doing the tattoo!
I'm visiting from SoCal, and Marco was also from around the same area. He moved to Glendale about 4 years ago, and opened up Avenue 58 Ink.

This is one of the very few tattoo shops in the Valley that has five stars, and this shop deserves every one!
Bottom line, Marco does truly amazing work! This is the next place you should get your work done, PERIOD.
