I am shocked to see anyone has reviewed this office lower than 5 stars. The front desk agent was very sweet and was able to schedule me on incredibly short notice after I lost my last few weeks of contacts (unlike Costco which makes you wait months sometimes to get on their schedule.) Dr. Vu was excellent and made me feel valued; he also helped me save a LOT of money by making some minor tweaks to my prescription and giving me suggestions I hadn’t thought of before (switching from AVO dailies to AV1DM.) I really appreciate his attention to detail, and as someone who doesn’t have vision insurance, it was a relief to not pay an arm and a leg for an exam. I’m glad...read full review
