The service I received from Brandon today was great. He cares about the work he is doing for his customers and he communicates very well that's very comfortable for me. I've had service from him before and would like to have all the time. The other workers are also good. Thank you.

Techs are great. Communications about appointments suck. I get an email announcing the appointment day and no 3-hour window as to when the tech may show up. It just says to leave my gate unlocked. I also have the inside perimeters of my garage sprayed. I am not going to leave my gate and garage wide open all day waiting for the tech to show up. The appointment notice show the expected arrival time of the tech and that he/she will ring my door bell.
