The staff is caring and attentive. Any questions I have had were promptly answered via phone or patient portal. Lab results are available quickly with a follow-up call. One of the better experiences I've had with a doctor's practice.
This has been my drs office since I was 7 years old. I am now 31. Dr. Alia has been there as long as I've been a patient of not longer. The only thing I don't like about this place is calling them. Sometimes they don't answer and you're waiting for so long before the machine tells you to call again and hangs up. Very reliable. Thankful for all the care they've given me in the past. Almost all forms of care are offered here and if they don't have the ability to help they WILL refer you to the right place you need to go
Have been going to Tempe Family Practice since moving back to the Phoenix area 6 years ago. Penny is who I see. My husband sees Dr Alia, both in my humble opinion are excellent. They listen, communicate in simple layman terms. With lab results they call and explain your results to you. If referrals are required they handle with efficiency. I worked in the medical field for 31 years and totally understand how this works. You may have to wait for the phone to be answered on occasion, but I have never felt rushed once getting through. Both take their time with you, and I always feel cared for. If you are looking for a Dr's office that cares please give them the opportunity to show you that their are here for your best interest. Front desk and MA's are Awesome. Shout out to David and Yadi, keep up the great work. I was looking for a professional team. I found it!!! How the reception area looks isn't why I recommend this office.
