Missed asking some questions. It would have been nice for there to be a way to contact the post surgery team. Dr Aull provided his phone number before surgery but I didn’t want to bother him with questions two weeks after surgery. I think I found the answers after some searching, but…..
Love the people there, just wish it was easier to call a certain office. I needed to change my appointment for this next week, and it showed online that the Chandler office open, but when I called, it said office was closed... ?
The team at Aspire made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door! After horrible service from other clinics around the Valley, I was in tears at how kind and intentional the service was here. The receptionists, nurses, and clinicians were thorough and made sure I felt seen and heard. Everything you could want in a clinic like this! Is it weird that I look forward to appointments every two weeks?!
