I called Sunstate on a Saturday as the air conditioning unit in my condo hadn't been working at full capacity and the elevated temperatures were making it worse. I called my HOA and they recommended Sunstate who does the repairs for our complex. I'm not writing this review because of services I received , I'm writing because when I called, there was a bit of confusion as they only work on outside units. Normally that would be the end of it but Lisa, who took the call went above and beyond to make sure I found a company that could take care of me. I wished I could give Sunstate Mechanical MORE than 5 stars! ... When it comes to the vital service of climate control in Arizona, the value of knowing a truly outstanding, kind, and honest master in the AC trade is beyond a simple review. I have used Sunstate to service my business' 50 air conditioning units for a decade. I rely on that expertise for my home as well. The peace of mind and, more importantly, the lack of stress Sunstate provides my company and family is worth a good 20 stars. ??
They did not successfully repair my HVAC issue. The day after the repair visit the system was still leaking from the ceiling. I called their emergency number on the on site repair associate at my condo complex made the visit. He could not identify nor repair the leak so he did nothing. He documented the visit and filed a report on Monday with his office. I called 3x in 2 days and was ignored. I then called their competitor who came out and successfully completed the repair. Sun State now wants me to pay the other 50% of the bill which I refuse to do because they did not complete the job.
