Technician Josh was very friendly and professional in addition to extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue and was able to complete repair while on sight. Josh also performed the service maintenance. It was a pleasure to have such a qualified honest technician. What a great representative for Rescue One. I will recommend to friends in need of A/C services.
We just finished having our ducts cleaned with Jesse. He was on time for the appointment and was very accommodating when we needed to move our dog and bird around to different rooms. He explained the process and showed us what he was pulling from the duct work. We are highly satisfied with the service we received with Rescue One Air.
