AWESOME clean facility! The friendly staff is motivating and makes me feel very comfortable working out. I always feel encouraged during a workout and leave knowing I just finished a great full body workout. They offer both classes and personal training which are both great options whether you’re a beginner or expert.
Love these ladies!! I was a little worried when I found out I was pregnant if I would be able to continue, but they help me find different workouts, and adjustments with my growing belly!
