This past year my previous gym closed down, and I was struggling to find a community that would push me to my fullest potential. Then I found, F45 Tempe Town Lake! The workouts get my day started, and I love how unique each day is! ?
I joined F45 about a month ago and it was the best decision. I was board of the traditional weight lifting and was looking for a fun way to still get those workouts in and F45 has been exactly that.The coaching staff has been nothing short of amazing! They are all so friendly and welcoming which makes me want to come back every single day. I also love that they challenge me to pick up heavier weights and really progress my strength.Each morning when I walk into this F45 location I am met with unmatched positivity and fun that keeps me coming back for me! I highly recommend this location to anyone!
