I needed a blowout and flat iron, I got scheduled 30 minutes after I called which was perfect because I needed it done asap! I was scheduled with Sara and she did amazing. She cared about my hair and the worries I had about heat damage because I don't straighten my hair often. I totally recommend her!

RUBY! She can make your hair dreams come true. Went in on a whim, had a quick consult on what I was looking for and she made it happen. Everyone in the salon was able to help me think through my request, actually. It was wonderful and I will go back again. This is a fantastic salon. Thank you, Ruby!

I didn’t even realize that JCPenney has a salon. I came in here for a simple haircut. The website was very easy to use to book the appointment. My hair stylist (sorry don’t remember her name) was prompt, easy to communicate with and the price was right for the hair trim I received. Highly recommended.
