I purchased a ductless AC system from Air Dynamics in 2019. Yet when I recently called for service because it is blowing tepid air, I was informed that the company does not service ductless systems. Why then do they promote ductless AC systems on their website? Where's my warranty service? Not good!
Name change.... now : A Quality HVAC.hired to do annual maintenance and they looked at the machines, told us what they will charge .... to do what they were initially hired for AND charged us for two hours for the hour they were there!We are looking for a COMPETENT , TRUSTWORTHY business in the fall!
Air Dynamics gave us a WAY better price than two other companies we talked to. They were on time and professional. It is hard to find a good, honest air conditioning company but we found it! Thank you!
