Super easy and professional to work with! Had a service check on my soft water system and got informed it hadn’t been working for years (never had to add salt). Gold star was able to get me 6 months 0% APR and was able to install a brand new unit the same day. Added on their membership and got my hot water heater drained and checked. At no point was I pressured into the sell. Gave me options to clean a filter and hope for the best with filtration. I decided with a brand new system. Very excited if I see a difference with the water quality moving forward! Adrian and Jake were amazing!
