Encore was one of three companies I met with in person to obtain quotes and look at samples (I had phone consults with five) and after gathering all the info, it was an obvious decision to go with Encore. Not only is Rich (the owner) very personable and easy to work with, he is also transparent and puts the needs of his clients first. He's not going to upsell you and is direct about the variances in quality vs price. I also had major time constraints and he moved mountains to get the carpet replaced ASAP (his delivery team was also prompt, friendly and efficient). Extra bonus is that his partner, Linda, has a great eye and will help you make decisions if needed (which I very much needed!).
