I needed to get carpet replaced in my mother's home asap. Encore was one of three companies I met with in person to obtain quotes and look at samples (I had phone consults with five) and after gathering all the info, it was an obvious decision to go with Encore. Not only is Rich (the owner) very personable and easy to work with, he is also transparent and puts the needs of his clients first. He's not going to upsell you and is direct about the variances in quality vs price. My experience with Encore Floors was exceptional. Rich and Linda made sure that the entire buying and installation process was seamless. The carpet installer, Manual, was very competent and friendly. He took great care when moving the furniture and installing the carpet. It looks great!

You would not believe how much time I spend calling and researching flooring companies. I finally landed on Encore floors, and so glad I did. They had a great selection of flooring for all budgets, explained the process, and kept all timelines. In fact, even with challenges with repairing an uneven subfloor in an older condominium floor they finished the job ahead of time. I'm so impressed. The floor and prep of the floor were excellent. Love this new flooring!
