My father appreciated their meal preparation and especially a clean kitchen before they left each evening. I found Arecely and Monica to be personable and caring while in my parent's home. They were always on-time and took care of any needs while in the home. I would highly recommend them and Home Instead if needing in-home care for a loved one.“

“NPLHC is NOT a good place to work, do not work here. The owner Denise is highly unprofessional and treats employees like garbage, she will waste your time, money and gas. She calls at the last minute asking to pick up shifts, if you do not pick up the shift she will retaliate and take away your hours for the next week, If you disagree with her in the slightest bit she will fire you. It is her way or the highway, no respect or human decency she only cares about herself, Denise does not care if you have a family of your own to take care of. Any gas used is paid for out of pocket. She does have her favorites, only the employees she actually likes will get paid for mileage be careful though!
