“NPLHC is NOT a good place to work, do not work here. The owner Denise is highly unprofessional and treats employees like garbage, she will waste your time, money and gas. She calls at the last minute asking to pick up shifts, if you do not pick up the shift she will retaliate and take away your hours for the next week, If you disagree with her in the slightest bit she will fire you. It is her way or the highway, no respect or human decency she only cares about herself, Denise does not care if you have a family of your own to take care of. Any gas used is paid for out of pocket. She does have her favorites, only the employees she actually likes will get paid for mileage be careful though! If you ask about mileage you might just get fired. *only put 5 stars so my review is actually posted** TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS“

“I hired Home Instead to care for my 94-year-old father after he left acute rehab for pneumonia. Prior to his setback with pneumonia, he fractured his femur and was working through personal physical therapy. My 90-year-old mother also lives with my father, so finding a personal care giver that will blend with my parents' likings took roughly three weeks till Denise and Aly became their permanent liking. Aly has recently left and Home Instead is work with us to find that perfect replacement again. Denice however is still with my father and continues to care for him; helps him with physical therapy, goes on walks, takes him out for rides to the store, helps him with daily meal preps and physical assistance limitation, as well as just being there to spend time with both my parents. She has been wonderful and has become a great addition to our family. I would recommend Home Instead and allow them to find your loved one the personal care of a Denise or Aly.

“My father survived an acute illness in the ICU and was sent home on hospice care recently. Home For Me has been such an amazing option. My dad was able to return home with his caring wife of 62 years with 24/7 caregiving.
I cannot begin to extend my gratitude for all the amazing caregivers this company employs. “I live in California and my daughter lives in Arizona. She took a bad fall and has absolutely no one there to assist her in any way. I was at a true loss and frantically called and left messages for an agency to just call me back to discuss how I could acquire services. Several agencies flat out stated they don't do anything short term. Most just never returned my calls or messages. Until "Tender Heart". A very nice man, Ray, returned my call and was quick to understand my needs. I cannot tell you my relief that indeed my daughter can get the services she needs. I feel so hopeful now where last night I was so upset and desperate. If you need these kinds of services, you really need to read the amazing list of services they can provide.
