These guys are the BEST! Do NOT use anyone else! Larry is absolutely awesome! I had a problem with one of my 3 year old Rheem units (coil and blower motor) and Rheem referred me to Quality. Larry, and tech Jose, stepped in - even donating their time, etc. to get me back up and running while Rheem is dragging their feet on the warranty. And, these guys didn't even do the original install - the company that did has offered no help. Save yourself the headaches, and call these guys first!!
