Shawn got my AC back to ❄️ in no time at all. He was able to identify the electrical issue and fixed it right away. Turns out the original installers had done a sloppy job and left electrical wires exposed to the elements. It was a pleasure to work with Maricopa and I highly recommend them. From the time of my call to job completion was 2.5 hours. Excellent!
The service i received from Steve was excellent. The service from Shawn was so so. He kept telling me the unit was old and just couldn't keep up. Told me nothing else could be done, it's an old unit that is mismatched to the Airhandler and my air return was in a bad spot and that was the best he could do. Steve came by the next day and within an hour the house was cooling and has worked great since then. My question is that if Shawn couldn't get the unit going after 4 visits was he in the position to say I needed a 1200$ repair? Maybe all I needed was a service call? Thank you.
