A/C unit stopped cooling, of course in the middle of the AZ summer. Tech came out on a Sat morning, found that the issue was a dirty condenser coil. After cleaning, operating like new! Signed up for a five year maintenance contract as it seemed a good idea at a reasonable price.
Called Champion Air for an HVAC problem. They responded quickly and had a technician on the roof in an hour and a half.
Evan was the Technician. He was polite and professional. It turned out the issue was a blown capacitor for a Rudd HVAC unit in Sun City AZ.
Evan diagnosed the problem immediately, took pictures and explained clearly the issue. Evan offered a variety of options beginning with the quickest and cheapest resolution.
Evan also described upgraded options that may very well add to the running life of the HVAC system, including an offer to have a regular service plan with discounted pricing on parts for any future issues.
