“We love Paris nails! Grandma and I go every other week. We always get exceptional service, everyone is so sweet and so nice. “This was our first visit to the Great Clips on Ellsworth and Rittenhouse, but all the others had wait times and closing time was looming, so we gave it a shot. To put things in context, my daughter is not an easy cut: she's neurodivergent, shy and speaks quietly, and doesn't communicate her thoughts well. She's an older teen, so I've trained her to try and find pictures of her desired outcome to show the stylist. The stylist at this location (and the ones at Ellsworth and Riggs)? Top notch. I warn them when we arrive, then ask for their most patient stylist. The stylists have been so patient and kind, and usually the haircut turns out pretty close to what she wanted. Don't worry; I try and leave a very generous tip because our needs are so particular, but I truly am impressed... and thankful. (There are a couple locations i won't go back to, but will drive the extra ten to twenty minutes to get to these locations!)“
