Yall, I just want to say I personally see Grace and I just adore how she takes her time with me when it comes to matching and addressing any reoccurring issue I’ve had with my lashes! Love that the lash artists have a great umbrella to land under at Amazing Lash Studio of QC specifically!

First I want to start off by saying I’ve never done eyelash extensions before and I had McKenna as my lash tech. She did an amazing job. Made me feel super comfortable and genuinely cared about how I wanted my lashes to look and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend her.My problem is with the studio and deceptive pricing. I explained to the girl up front that I’d never had this done before so she showed me the different lashes and styles, never once even mentioning even basics were all in addition to the intro pricing. Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by the manager, Rachel, who was very friendly, and took care of the situation regarding the extra charges. Because of the customer service and the great job Jayden did, I am adding 3 stars. Thank you.0 stars for business ethics, 5 stars for work, and 3 stars for atmosphere.
