You don't really know someone until you have summered and wintered with them. We have done both now with Yavapai Roofing. A completely new roof was put on a few years ago under the previous owner of the company. We recently had a new issue come up in the heavy storms.The new "team" at Yavapai was professional and prompt. It was a quick scheduling and a "no haggling, zero cost" repair handled mostly over the phone with photo documentation on the issues. I know it was more work than anticipated to make it absolutely correct. They stood behind the words of the original owner of Yavapai. A five star for Yavapai Roofing. Several of my rake tiles had come lose and needed to be replaced with screws. Fred, the field rep, was very thorough with his explanation of what needed to be done. Weather interruptions and an emergency call out caused me to reschedule twice. I can’t fault the weather and someone needing their service in an emergency assured me they would be there for me should an emergent issue arise at my home. Fred was apologetic each time he called and assured me my job was top of the list.
