SEARS "customer service" is absolutely worthless. A service technician came out and diagnosed the problem and needed repair and cost. I was not sure the fridge was worth the $1,000 to repair, so opted to discuss with my wife later. That afternoon,, the SAME day,, we decided to go ahead with the repair but the only contact was through the customer care site. To make a long story short, the only solution was to schedule another tech app to be able to order the parts needed and schedule the repair because the repairman had canceled the order.
