We did our due diligence and got several estimates for a residential project that was a bit delicate because it required being sensitive to the neighbors' desires as well as our own. Xeriscape Unlimited's design was the most imaginative of all of the bids, and also the least expensive. The work started and finished on time. All of the members of the crew were polite, friendly, and efficient. The end result was great. Then the owner actually told us to be sure to monitor everything and remember the warranty period! I live in a planned community with 1999 homes. Our HOA has been using Xeriscapes since 2007. They provide excellent service, pay attention to detail, and in an emergency, they are available 24/7/365.
