We just met with Mike from Champion Windows and were blown away by the presentation. He was professional, prepared, educated us on the benefits of Champion vs others, had heat penetration demonstration that was mind blowing, and he listened to our needs. We have not had the installation yet and will report back once we have had a chance to experience the entire Champion program. So far, we are VERY impressed with the company background, quality of the product, simplicity and thoroughness of the guarantee and that the windows are manufactured in the USA. No middle person to sell us the windows.....factory direct was very appealing to us. Great job Mike.

I called to get an estimate on window replacements for my home. They scheduled a representative to come to my home in a very reasonable time and were very flexible with my schedule. The rep was on time, very polite, a very accepting of my dogs, and interacted with them to make them comfortable. The rep was very thorough, yet conscious of my time, and offered many options according to my budget, and even explained other options outside of their company, should I not be able to afford what they had to offer, which made me feel “safe” that they do not “bash” other companies to get the business. Don Hoffman came to meet with us recently and I must say that he was very informative and understanding. He's a breath of fresh air in this day and age. I highly recommend this company. You'll quickly understand why they've been in business for more than 70 years.
