David was awesome for us and our home inspection! During the purchase process of our new home, his detailed report convinced the seller to complete a multitude of repairs at no extra cost to us. Have had 2 inspections with David over the past years and both times have been incredible, detailed knowledgeable and thorough! Even years after the inspection, was able to reach out with questions and was helped! You can't be too sure when buying a home and David made us feel comfortable with our first purchase and we looked to him for our second.

We have had two recent inspections performed by David very recently. He is extremely thorough and professional in every respect. This was not the case when we bought our current house and relied on the realtor's recommendation. David spends almost the entire day at the house and ends with a very informative and extensive recap. The first inspection revealed multiple major issues causing us to not continue with the purchase. The second he described as a very clean house but still uncovered issues that were less than adequate, one of which is major.
