I had a positive experience at Visionworks with my son. We visited due to a school recommendation, and the quick appointment for the eye exam made the process seamless. While the glasses selection was okay (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), the buy one get one free deal was a great find (only if not using insurance). After an incident with broken frames, they repaired them quickly. We also exchanged the second pair for a different pair that had a better fit within the 100-day window. Both my glasses and my spouse's had similarly positive experiences.

I adore this location! Visionworks has always been my go-to glasses store since I was a kid, and in all my life they still have not failed my family or I!The team and Optometrist were super understanding, especially since it'd been a few years since I had new glasses. They were extremely patient, and happy to answer any questions I had!When the arm of my frames broke recently I was concerned even with the warranty I agreed to (since many places can be tricky). Came into Visionworks today and was assisted by the GM Judy and an employee Amalie (I forgot the spelling, but it's a gorgeous name!). Friendly staff, most importantly I was able to take the time to look without someone hovering over me, but they did make sure that if I had questions about the frames or the difference in lenses they would be happy to answer them.
