Went to get 2 pairs of glasses.1being safety glasses for work.when I got the glasses within the 7-10 days I was happy.went to get glasses and the bifocals were terrible.1 lens was supposed to only glass not a script lens.i put them on and got an instant headache.Priscilla the nice young lady said she would put a rush order on just the single lenses.that was last saturday.received a text from nationwide that my glasses were ready on Monday1:30pm.took the day off of work.went in and NO GLASSES.since I need them for work. Well it’s been 8 phone calls -NO ONE ANSWERES THE PHONE AT ANY TIME!!I even left a message.robin & Priscilla are nice but the rest could use some people...read full review

Easy to get appointments, front check in person a bit disorganized but friendly, only waited about 10 minutes before seeing optomistrist, optometrist is easy to communicate with, nice selection of glasses and contacts, prices reasonableThe main person who helps select glasses and contacts insurance is Priscilla (sp?) she is the main reason my husband and I go back year after year. She is very kind, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. Her customer service is stellar!

So impressed and very pleased with my experiences here!! Furi, Tina and Judy (hopefully I got the names correct) certainly exceeded my expectation!!! I ordered strong prescription reading glasses. They work great and enjoyed the quick turnaround time. All were compete, attentive and kind from start to finish!!! They were all most helpful to assist and answer questions.Thank you, ladies! You are an awesome team!
