This is the second time we have called for a plumbing issue, and both times they were able to schedule us very quickly after we reached out. That kind of fast response is really impressive. Zachary was the plumber who helped us, and he did an excellent job. On the first visit, he repaired our garbage disposal and got everything working again. On this visit, the disposal had completely stopped working, so he checked it, explained the problem clearly, and replaced it with a new unit he had stocked on his truck. The installation was completed in about an hour, and the work was done quickly, neatly, and professionally. It was a smooth service call from start to finish, and we really appreciated the prompt plumbing service and quality workmanship.
I called a plumbing company after two other plumbers said they would need major floor demolition to repair a leaking pipe. Dale and Zachary arrived just a couple of hours after I called, ready to get to work right away. Unlike the others who only looked things over and said they would call me back, these plumbers quickly checked the bathroom plumbing access between the walls, found the source of the leak, and fixed it in about two hours. They explained the repair clearly, worked efficiently, and avoided unnecessary damage. I was amazed at how much money this plumbing repair saved me compared to what the other contractors wanted to charge. They truly saved me thousands and made a stressful leak issue much easier to handle.
From the first phone call, the team at Vaughan Family Water Heaters was very helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. I was getting my home ready to sell and did not fully understand what plumbing and water heater services were needed for the sale. I had a lot of questions, and the office staff explained everything in simple terms. They knew exactly what had to be checked and scheduled the inspection and service very quickly. When Leonard arrived at my home, he was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of my questions about the plumbing system and water heater, and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He explained the process...read full review
